Weekly Prairie Burner Rides
The Prairie Burner weekly gravel rides return when the time changes. Meet at Bikes To You and be prepared to leave by 5:30PM. Rides are 20-25 miles and occur every Tuesday.
Thursday Night Gravel- Gravel Curious ride
Thursday night gravel rides begin in April- weather permitting. Meet at Bikes to You and be prepared to leave by 5:30pm. Thursday rides are a slower paced and shorter distance ride for the gravel curious rider. They are approximately 13-15 miles. If you need to borrow a bike, sign up with Grinnell Bike Share, a program of Imagine Grinnell.

Prairie Burn 100 Gravel Bike Ride and Fun Run
The Prairie Burn 100 is about staying active and enjoying the great outdoors with a one-day event on the second June of each year with gravel rides and a 5K Fun Run starting and finishing in Grinnell, Iowa's Central Park. The 2024 gravel ride event offered cyclists new 25, 50 and 100 mile routes and a race challenge for the 100 mile riders. All riders were invited to test their skills in the Burner Challenge segment dash for cash on each of the loops. Along with other family-friendly activities, the 5K Fun Run provides a nice Saturday morning option to race or pace yourself for a healthy way to get moving! Hazelnut Planting at Marvin Garden
Marvin Garden is getting some upgrades! Help us plant hazelnut hedges along the east border to establish a living fence.
Volunteers assisting with the hazelnuts will dig holes, plant hazelnut trees, mulch, and water.
